She specializes in supporting clients through:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Bipolar disorder
• Trauma
• Stress management
• Self-esteem
Kelly is a person-centered therapist who draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Mindfulness-based practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Integrative Mental Health.
Her goal is to create a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel supported in their journey toward healing and growth.
Therapeutic Services Provided
We offer a range of counseling services tailored to meet your unique needs.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT is a practical, evidenced based approach that helps people understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT teaches clients how to identify negative thinking, challenge it, and develop healthier, more balanced ways of seeing and responding to life.
Internal Family Systems
IFS is a compassionate, deeply empowering therapy approach that helps people understand the different "parts" within themselves--such as the protector, the inner critic, or the wounded younger self. IFS helps you get curious about these parts, understand their roles, and heal the hurts they carry. As you do so, will create more harmony inside, reduce emotional reactivity, and move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.
Integrative Mental Health
Integrative mental health looks at the whole person--not just the symptoms. This approach blends traditional therapy with an understanding of how the nervous system, hormones, gut health, stress, lifestyle, and emotional experiences all interact. The goal is to support healing on every level--mind, body, and environment--so clients can experience deeper, more sustainable well-being.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a powerful, research-backed therapy that helps the brain process and heal from past trauma, distressing experiences, or stuck emotional patterns. EMDR uses gentle bilateral stimulation--such as rapid eye movements or tapping--to help the brain reprocess memories in a healthier, less activating way. EMDR supports deep healing, greater self-trust, and the ability to move forward without being held back by the past.
**Please note, I am not yet fully certified but have received Phase 1 training
